Access to NEN Connect
Forgot your login details? If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username on the NEN Connect login page and click on 'Forgot password'. You will receive an email with which you can reset your password. If the users in your organization have their own username and password, they can also set a new password in this way.

Account blocked If a user has tried to log in more than 3 times with an incorrect password, the account will be blocked. The user will have no access to NEN Connect for half an hour. The company administrator can unblock the account immediately. To do this, go to "My company - Users", and search for the specific user.
When you click on the blocked user, you can edit the user's data. Under Blocked you will see the time when the block expires. You can click on the ‘Reset now’ link to unblock the account. The user can immediately log in again. On the NEN Connect homepage, the user can click on 'Forgot Password' to set a new password.
