Request access to licenses
A company can have one or more licenses (including collections) in NEN Connect. For example, a custom-made collection combined with a standard package. Depending on the choice of the administrator, a user may or may not have access automatically. If a user does not have access, he or she can make a request.

Via "Home", “Requests" and "My Profile" a user can see to which collections access can still be requested.
In the license overview a user can see to which licenses access can be requested or has already been requested.
If access is requested, the applicant and company administrator(s) will receive a confirmation via email.

Open requests
On the Homepage the administrator can immediately see if there are any requests that still need to be processed.
A user (and administrator) can use “Requests” to check for requests.
On "Requests > Licenses" anyone can view the open requests within the company. The administrators have the option to either approve or reject requests. You can also view the previously concluded requests.
By default, the requests of the past month are shown, but this can also be adjusted to week, quarter or year.
