How do I change the role of a user?

Every user linked to your company account can be an administrator, an expert or a user. You can have an unlimited number of each. To change the role of another user you yourself must have the role of administrator.

My company> Users

  1. Go to "My company> Users".
  2. Find the person whose role you want to change and click on his or her name.
    You are now on the user’s detail page where you can edit his or her data.
  3. Then click on the field with the role and choose the role that you want to assign to the user.
  4. Then click on "Save user".
    Your user now has the role and associated rights immediately upon the next visit.
