Problems with downloading standards

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 you may experience some problems with downloading PDF files. This is probably due to a combination of an outdated browser and the PDF reader. We are currently investigating how to solve this.

In the meantime, we have a couple of workarounds for you

  • Try the combination of CTRL + F5 on your keyboard. Your browser will be refreshed which could potentially solve the problem.

  • You can download PDF files with your right mouse button. Right-click on the PDF icon and then on "Save as".

  • If possible: switch to a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
