Radioactivity measurements - Determination of strontium 89 and strontium 90 with liquid scintillation counting

NEN 5619 describes the principles for the determination of the activity of pure beta emitters 90 Sr and 89 Sr. For the sample pretreatment is referred to NEN 5665. The radiochemical determination is made by extraction chromatography and the measurement is done with liquid scintillation counting or gas flow count.
