Reuse of structural steelwork
The purpose of this NTA is to facilitate the reuse of structural steel in order to reduce the environmental impact of steel structures. This NTA describes the procedure to determine the geometric and material properties of steel sections that are dismantled from donor construction works and will be reused in another structure. The procedure ensures that the suitability of these sections in their new application can be demonstrated with NEN-EN 1993.
